HOPE IS RISING!

1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

1 Cor 15:1-4

Hope was raised up on a cross for us. Hope died for us. Hope was buried for us. Hope rose again on the third day for us. Hope is alive! Hope has a name. His name is Jesus! Jesus Christ is our Hope (Matthew 2:21-23; 26-28; Acts 4:12).

We can repent of our sins. Hope! We can be baptized in Jesus’ name to wash all our sins away. Hope! We can be filled with the Holy Spirit. Hope! We can arise to live in the newness of life. Hope!

Jesus rose from the dead so we can rise from the deadness of our sins through the new spiritual birth He offers us (John 3:1-8; Acts 2:38-39; 22:16; 2 Corinthians 5:17). Hope is rising!

Rise up in repentance towards God. Rise up out of the waters of baptism in Jesus’ name for the forgiveness and washing away of all your sins. Rise up and be filled with the Holy Ghost today. Rise up in the newness of life. All of this is a promise for you. Rise up and get all God has for you (Acts 2:38-39; 10:44-48; 19:1-6; 22:16; Ephesians 5:18).

Ultimately, we will rise in hope when Jesus comes again to catch away His church out of this world. What a hope (1 Corinthians 15; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Titus 2:11-14).

What a blessed hope! Hope is rising!

My simple invitation to you, my friend, is to find hope in Jesus Christ. May His help, hope, healing & Holy Spirit be yours today. All of this is promised in the Holy Bible. May it rise in your heart in a new & fresh way today.

Come hope with usHope is rising!
